Film: Zero Dark Thirty
At 2100 hours on March 24, 2013 we began watching this movie. My first thoughts were that I liked it. However, I did not like the torture scenes... Hollywood kept the thing interesting, but did Hollywood keep the thing accurate? Torture was used on many (and likely is still used on many), but was it an integral part in finding the most wanted man? I don't know the answer, but Hollywood sure does.
Overall, I would suggest it. In fact, it could be a springboard into a discussion on America's involvement in foreign affairs or whether torture is a permissible means to gather intelligence.
